I had high hopes from this after reading all the comments and I have to say I feel let down. It felt like it wanted to be a cool stylish British crime movie but everything seemed a little loose.

Shame really, this is the worst Jackie Chan movie I've seen. When performing in English he needs some talent around him to make him look good, in this movie the best supporting role was the tortoise.

shockingly bad! some nice women but that didn't make up for the appalling acting from everyone and a script that i don't think they even bothered writing. 30 mins was enough for me.

awful plot and some cheap acting made better by some nice bloody gore. [SPOILER] first guy getting his head sliced off was nice . Also aren't ninjas supposed to be silent assassins?

Loved this movie, such a moving story that left a big smile on my face. Can't help but love Sandra Bulock's character, she's awesome! Definitely watch this :)

I think you'll find the joke is IN the misspelling of the word English. A play on the fact that people from the orient can't seem to pronounce their L's. If he spelt it correctly, where's the joke?

To anyone who is a fan of the anime, don't watch this! Americans shouldn't remake Japanese films, this is lame. The CGI of the blood and the creatures is cheap and laughable.
