You're both thinking of the wrong film. This is a John Cusack movie about Edgar Allan Poe, no Jack or Boris.

Couldn't wait to see this, but turned out to be without doubt the most crushingly dull cinema experience of my entire life. Great cast, brilliantly acted etc but so BORING!

Not a bad film, but painfully slow a lot of the time with about a hundred uncomfortable silences. Also, for a film called 'drive', there is surprisingly little driving in it.

Very enjoyable movie. Gleeson is always immensely watchable and Cheadle is a superb actor. Mark Strong is always great also.

The guy being gay wasn't a twist, and doesn't require a spoiler. Not everything in a movie has to be part of the plot, it was just part of the richness of the story.

Literally the worst film I have ever seen, so bad it's good sums it up though. I started watching it on TV and it was so hilariously bad I stayed up and watched the whole thing.
