When a cure is found to treat mutations, lines are drawn amongst the X-Men, led by Professor Charles Xavier (Stewart), and the Brotherhood, a band of powerful mutants organized under Xavier's former ally, Magneto (McKellen).
This movie was great all the way. The story line was ok, they messed up on certin parts though for sure. They did not copy the real comic story line completely. I didint like how they made Professor Xavier die, whats up with that, hes not suppost to die. They just ruined it for future movies. Now movies are gona have to be done with out the great Xavier wich is gona suck. He plays a huge part in the original story line. Over all I still loved this movie to the max. I love the X-Men. This movie I liked least of the four movies but I still enjoyed watching this movie no doubt the whole way. The movies are brilliantly made and the special effects its out standing. 8/10
This was a good X-Men movie but not as good as the first two. I would rate this on a 7 out of 10. My reason for this is that I would expect to see more than a few good X-Men fighting off the many bad X-Men. Also this movie should have showed that some of them would died and some of them would lose their powers, after all there was a mutant civil war. Overall it still was a good movie to see.
They can make X-4 all they want count me out..X-3 bored me to tears with the unrefreshed acting or the lackluster script. Poor directing. Should have stuck with Brian Singer. he had a good thing for a while. Brent Ratner is good but you never change coaches when your team is doing well.
Weither the main characters are dead or not something tells me they'll milk this cow till she's dry.
Actual Cyclops is not alive still, and Magneto didn't get his powers back, he was just wishing he had them, and was probably trying to concentrate and practice to hopefully gain them again, but no most likely there will not be an xmen 4. Besides, they really wrapped things up, they showed how the government was being more accepting of the mutants, which is really what it has been about since the beginning. I mean, the only reason the X Men fight Magneto is because of the way he goes about doing things. They are both wanting the same goals, equality for mutants. But Magneto uses violence and terrorism while Xavier uses intellect and education. And I think it was a little dumb they have Rouge give her powers up. She's a young teen and just because you love someone then doesn't mean you will end up together later. Maybe one day she will want to have a relationship, but also one day she might feel like she wants to be a part of the X Men, and now she won't be. But her powers weren't that great anyway and it would suck very much not to be able to have contact with someone you love (A La Pushing Daisies).
I love the idea but the first one was better, it was a bit to comic for me. like the acting though:) wish that ben foster got a bigger role and i have to be honest, it looked weird when he was flying out of the window, right when he was above the tree.
First of all let me say that this is the best x-men movie. I enjoyed every bit of it,I loved

also the new characters and the special efects were good,and I loved the ending.Finally I think that it shoudn't be the 4th part of this cause there is nothing to add anymore,instead they should keep up on origins.
it was a good movie..im dissappointed professor xavier one of the most powerful mutants lose his life so easily,im pretty sure he will be back if their is a part four or another character origin movie..all in all good movie 4/5
I thought that Xavier had survived at the end, but the body in which his mind ended up, didn't seem to be his body. It is the body of the man which he was talking about during his class at the beginning of the movie. I wonder who's body he took over.
I am a HUGE fan of the comics and the Dark Phoenix is my favorite character. The evolution of her power in this film is genius but she could have been more. There was no fire or anything. Very dissapointing. Overall however this was a good movie
