Follows a group of friends that decide to go snowmobiling during their winter break. They make a ";wrong turn";, getting lost in a storm, and seek shelter in an abandoned sanatorium. They are completely isolated by the storm and are thankful they can get out of the elements. But the sanatorium has a troubled past, and some of its former patients still reside there and are not happy about the intrusion. In a deadly game of cat and mouse, the college kids must fight to survive the night.
I Loved the first two Wrong Turn's but the third en even this one were just crappy in my opinion. Sometimes they just need to know when to stop making more of these movies. Two movies too much. Not exactly a movie to pick when you're looking for something good. I think I didn't even finished it. Oh well.. 4-/10
Lots of Blood and Guts does not make for a good film!
The original style of the wrong turn films has been lost due to the return of slasher style presentation over horror action!
If you are looking for lots of Blood and guts then congratulations as you have just found it.

Nothing special, but was beyond brutal and disgusting. A typical American slasher, sexy girls and very bad script. Maybe one time watch only, I will give 6/10.
it's exactly what we've come to expect from a wrong Turn movie. The story is lame, the acting isn't great but the kills are horrific and innovative! If you like inbred cannibal hillbilly movies and the above is all you expect you'll like it.
Gave it a 3/5, it lived up to my expectations, even though they weren't high. Thats all I expected, wasn't looking for an emmy winner
