I enjoyed this movie. Sort of Lame but I am a Wrestling fan so I enjoyed watching just to see the characters. Overall the plot was ok, acting ok, fight scenes were awesome. 3 out of 5 stars for me.
what an awful film!! theres too many things wrong with this film. the script was rubbish, the acting was rubbish, bautista shouldnt be the main guy on the cover as hes in the film for about 8mins. Ja Rule doesnt even deserve mentioning as hes in it less than 8 seconds! RVD cant act either. just a poor cheap attempt on what sounded like a good film. id stretch to a 1/5. dont even bother watching it
if your a fan of old school gangster and action them you will love this movie. if you want to know what bad acting is then watch twilight. most of these actors are unknown and thier points were made no matter how you grade the acting. i felt like i was in the kick *ss 80s early 90s watching this movie. They dont make em like this any more. Great movie. those of you who are fans of gangster movies like boyz n the hood,action movies with van dam , chuck norris movies, and many more action stars will appreciate what this movie brought to the table with the budget it had. 4/5
I give it a 6/10, being generous. Though it seems like to me that every single movie with wwe superstars comes out, the main character is always a marine or is somehow affiliated with the armed forces.
Was not to bad of a movie was better then anything ive seen with Cena in it Batista was awesome in this wish he had a bigger part the cover art was right to have him in the front
Fortunatly I don't watch WWE so wouldn't know a wrestler if I fell over one, that said this has to be one of the poorest films I've ever tried to watch. I don't think it's fair though to totally blame the actors some of the blame for the whole movie has to be put on the shoulders of the Writers, Director and Producers. The acting was poor but the script was terrible I don't think Seagal could of made this film work when at the top of his game. 1/10 and thats being generous and given more to the film crew and catering staff etc that turned up during the making of the film.
i have to agree with Z0D here! i think wrestlers are decent at portraying their roles in wwe but they never seem to fit in movies. Hollywood makes about 5 good movies every 5 years which is dissapointing, take the wolfman for example - benicio del toro and anthony hopkins - 2 very good actors that could put a great twist on any movie and it still turned out to be the same old stupid werewolf crap, why do they bother??
well you get what you pay for and with this you get what you expect a low budget action movie with a couple of wwe stars plenty of wrestling moves and fights but to tell the truth i actually liked it lol
