"When Jacob Jankowski, recently orphaned and suddenly adrift, jumps onto a passing train, he enters a world of freaks, drifters, and misfits, a second-rate circus struggling to survive during the Great Depression, making one-night stands in town after endless town. WOW! THIS MOVIE IS AWESOME. REESE AND ROBERT HAD REALLY SHOWN THEIR TALENTS! VERY CUTE STORYLINE, AND ROSIE WAS AWESOME. I ALREADY BOUGHT THE BOOK ALL I NEED TO DO IS TO READ IT. AWESOME! SIMPLY LOVED IT!
I almost didnt know what this movie was about. I would have liked it more if it was less dramatic. I watch all kinds of movies, some were hard to watch, some were even harder to watch but there is just one thing I just cannot watch..

Animal cruelty. It makes me cover my eyes and my heart break even I know it's not real.
I dont think it wasnt a good movie cause it was. But like I said, there are just some things I dont want to see. Because of that Im not gonna rate this movie.
I Saw this May 24 2011: (For the first time I mean Second time June 9 and probably will again pretty soon).
Im not sure why but the trailer really got me early on so in march I read the book and WOOW this is AMAZING and I saw the movie now a few times and it truly honors the book page to page and loads of times people say books are almost always better well in this case the movie was just as brilliant.
The acting the story the characters. I mean maybe in the past it wouldn't have been a big deal 80s 90s full of romantic stuff but I mean now 3D shooting fighting speacial effects in every corner then this comes which takes you back waay back in this generation this is a HUGE HUGE accomplishment I honestly never thought I would ever see these days Im all for evolution and all but this just got me.
I love the movie the book everything around it
and it just has to appear at the OSCARS next spring best actor actress best music movie or screenplay honestly these guys can take ANYTHING it was wierd that witherspoon was there this year promoting this movie then I knew this will be worth a watch ran out bought the book next day couldn't put it down.
Can't wait to get this on Blu Ray this may just be the most spectacular movie on earth :D considering the ones that are now running in theatres these days :D
100/100 Best Movie of the YEAR Hands Down I would say decade but its waay to early XD lets see how else we can be surprised :D
I just watched this movie. It was wonderfully done, and the movie is the best i have seen in ages. Being an animal lover, and a romantic at heart, this movie really hit home. The story was well written, and the actors played their parts so realistically, you were drawn into the story, feeling as if you were there, wanting to know what happened next. I won't mention the ending as it would give too much away, but watch it! You won't be sorry; It is a great movie for the whole family, teaching good morals, kindness to human and animal alike, and honesty. It does have some violence though, so maybe not so good for very small kids.
