The story of a US Marine who has just returned home from the war in Iraq. In an attempt to reunite with his young wife and Vietnam veteran father, he takes them back to the family cabin in Montana. Once there, his past and present collide in a horrific tale of insanity.
I gave it 42 minutes but still could not make head nor tail of it. I had read comments on it elsewhere and it seems that there is much confusion to follow, but surely one is entitled to get the premisses established before everything goes haywire. This is truly the cinematographic equivalent of the unmade bed with biological stains that won the Turner Prize for Art, but .alas. I am not among those privileged to see the Emperor's magnificent new clothes when he is, in fact, parading naked! The talented John Savage took a wrong turn. 2/10 (an extra point to be fair because I couldn't stand to see any more).
seem's hollywood will do anything to take a big steaming ------ on Iraq war veterans whenever they can. Just reading the description I can tell it sucks
try and throw in the Iraq war because it sells, but P.O.S. storyline is enough to draw anyone away from this movie. This movies just bad, if you want to look up a TOTAL garbage movie, watch redacted it's RE**ED
