A man and his son embark on a cross-country road trip to transport a Christmas tree to Washington, D.C. Based on a novel by David Kranes.
Oh Dear - what a shame !
This is a really nice uplifting movie, spoilt by the bucket-loads of syrupy sentimentality, not to mention American pride and nationalism, poured all over it, especially at the end.
It could have been so much better.
So, if you have a very sweet tooth - enjoy.
FANTASTIC movie it makes you feel great and most of all it makes us appreciate this beauty of nature, the tree.
I only wish we could all feel this way about human life. How great a price we have paid for evolution,
has it been worth it? Is it possible to get it back, I wish we could.
Don't miss this movie, it will raise your spirits just in time for Christmas. 10++/10 Merry Christmas to all !
I've given up after the first 10 minutes, and that's only because I've read so many positive comments, otherwise I wouldn't have last 2 minutes. It seamed like a bad Walt Disney movie. It might be suitable for family watch if kids are under 12. I don’t even know why I'm posting a comment on this one…
real good movie. hallmark is getting how disney used to be remember when disney made tear jerkers. when you wanted to cry but realized this is just a movie so man -up. hallmark keep up the good work.5/5
After seeing zillion of movies about terminators, copy-cat killers, crime scene series, and a whole lot of violent subjects, this is a nice story about life. The tree in a sense represents the living thing in a decaying and polluted planet.
I think the story is inspirational and should be seen by the whole family as the year comes to an end. Come see it, and bring some popcorn.
Very inspiriational, with a good jab at " **Toys". I liked the remarks about
the toys breaking as soon as they are opened and the negative effect on
the Environment. Also the movie condems the commerciality of our society in
a subtle way. Its not just a family movie, it has a definite message for
adults also. You cant eat money, and life is the most precious gift.
I liked this movie. I don't think it is for everyone. If you are a Hallmark movie fan than u might like it. It's more of a inspirational movie. But I didnt think there was a big or main point in this movie.
