I'm with you on this one Gat Tony Danza pulls off another great performance I always liked him Since "Taxi" days with Judd Hirsch, Christopher Lloyd, J. Alan Thomas, Andy Kaufman, Randall Carver, Marilu Henner, Tony Danza, Danny DeVito, He just keeps getting better

This movie had a good message and I like the character Joey played, however it was a B movie, slow pasted. I felt they could have built the character Joey played up a little better. For someone who loved boxing since age 14 and how spent 8 years in jail I felt they made him look to soft.
It was kind of like someone just handing a person flowers when they could have wrapped it or placed it in a vase. Good intentions, bad presentation.
This flick had a slow start coming out of the gate, but the story was very good. "We can't all have a movie about good times, rock stars wannabees, & awesome endings." The acting was OK, and the plot is more believable than most of the stuff that's out there. I enjoyed it. "In fact, I cried at the end.

Once in a while a small film will come along which uplifts the independent film indestry, this film in my opinion is one of them.
While this film is far from perfect, it must be said that this film is very well worth watching.

After talking and thinking more about this film I must say also that this film has style due in part to the concideration given in trying to show the hardships of life in the world that we all live in.
The saying "EVEN PERFECTION HAS ITS FAULTS" is Brillient, as it sums up this film in so many different ways!
Its good to see independent film production trying to move forward within the small line between Major big budget films and utter Rubbish,both of which we are inendated with!
A real good film in my opinion,well worth watching.
Low..low budget movie. It could have easily been a tv movie of the week. And the actors could have done better in community theater or high-school plays. That kid was creepy looking at the end and I just didn't get that feel good vibe they were obviously going for. It was sad in more ways than one.
