An aspiring recording artist, Adam, is burned by a bad relationship experience and decides that if women won't respond to the "nice guy" then he'll be 'the jerk'.
Josh Henderson is adorable but except for one song his voice was whiny and unbearable. The funny thing is that during one song he didn't use that whine and sounded great so he does naturally have a good voice.
Anyway, about the movie, I have always enjoyed teen romances from Molly Ringwald in the 80s to Drew Barrymore and Julia Stiles in the 90s and Amanda Bines in the 00s. What I haven't liked is all the teen movies filled with ONLY sex. While there is sex talk in this it's also romantic, corny and cute. 3.5/5
i pretty much enjoy those kinda movies,but i must admit,this one didnt cut it for me..made for tv teen flick..boring ! 4/10 ..dont bother on this one..
If you're still in high school and enjoy drama between who said what during 4th period, then you'll probably like this non-interesting piece of crap. First off, I was so vexed by the music I wanted to stab myself repeatedly in the ears with two ice picks simultaneously. It was worse than listening to The Kidz Bop Anthology at a funeral. What was up with the Jonah Hill look-alike humiliating himself out of pure amusement for his friends? I didn't realize the human race was so cruel. They might as well have given him a pistol to blow his brains out, at that rate he would of done it sooner or later.. I KID, I KID..
Tom Arnold disappointed me in this movie, but the irony is in his role, it lies behind his real-life experience with priests--or something relevant along those lines. I'm trying to determine how to retrieve 1h 33mins of my life back. Please learn from my experience. 2/10.
