Disney dd it they made a new family of heros. Not the ones we would expect. A family of five all werid in a way and all totally hilarious. They bring a great family comedy and a huge smile to our faces. They have got all of us wanting a sequel. So we will be waiting. 9/10!
I love this movie. Great for all ages. I would love if they made a second one; but considering how most sequels turn out I'm perfectly find with watching this one again and again. 5/5
Hey, it took me a few years to get around to watching "The Incredibles", for some reason I didn't think I'd like it.. how wrong I turned out to be! I really love this movie and I've watched it three times already over the past few months and it seems to get better with each viewing.
It's not really a 'Disney' movie.. I mean, I know it IS, but really it's a Pixar movie, even though Disney bought them out there's still a stylistic difference between the two houses.
"The Incredibles" is a very clever story and those of us who grew up with super-hero comics and B-movies instead of all the techno jizz that kids have today will understand the underlying meaning of the tale.. the whole setting of the story through stylised cinema newsreel clips is of an era, no wonder some people expressing opinions here just 'don't get it'.
This is an engaging story, great animation and characterization, the actor's voices fit so well! A real work of art, I shall watch this flick again and again for sure. We're so lucky to live in a time when there's so much good animation around.. thanks so much!!
I decided to give this movie one last chance at being a good movie to me. I payed close attention, and I still think this movie is overrated. It's humor is sub-par, the story is bland, and the acting is so-so. It had the potential of being a good movie, not a great one, but a good one. And it just doesn't cut it. 2/5
Don't get me wrong, i did like this movie but.. on the other hand, i didn't really like it. It's a great movie and all, just not my taste and i don't see what the hype is about.
