I am big fan of Tom Hanks and had to watch this, am wasn't disappointed, what a performance by Tom hanks, a really good dark comedy, I enjoyed it a lot. 4.5/5
i was kicking bak chatting on facebook and i was wondering wut could i watch tonite and then it hit me the burbs i havent seen this in yrs i love this movie the whole cast is hilarious i mean from the being of the movie it was none stop laughter they dont make movies like this anymore this is ah 10/10.
I saw this on tv about 8 months ago and loved it i have been wanting to watch it since then just watched it again and loved it just as much the 1st time i watched it and the ending and middle of the movie are just great this movie is a classic and hope to watch it the 3rd time soon this is Tom Hanks best movie other than Forest Gump imo its lots better than the Money Pit that movie was just afull this is a must watch for every movie fan,horror fan,comedy fan,mystery fan and for people who just like to watch movies this movie is great for everybody must see 10/10 A CLASSIC
This has always been one of my favorites. Tom hanks is great and anyone whose ever lived in a close-knit kneighborhood like I have will be able to relate to the characters. "The Burbs" is a great family movie. It seems like not a year goes by where we don't have this playing in the background at Thanksgiving.
What a great dark comedy..on all fronts this movie was good..the script..the acting..and Tom was great..almost as funny as the money pit..I own this movie..4/5..live it..love it..own it..
