This is the film version of the Pulitzer and Tony Award winning musical about Bohemians in the East Village of New York City struggling with life, love and AIDS, and the impacts they have on America.
I guess I just don't like all musicals in general but this was HORRIBLE like hands down worse movie that I have ever seen in my entire whole life no joke.
this movie was absolutely awesome!! i loved all the characters..except for Taye Diggs..lol i've seen this a number of times, and i still laugh and cry like a baby!! it had such a terrific message about hope, living with AIDS, coping with life, etc. such an inspiration. 5/5 stars
I thought this movie was great. very clever, and smart and rodger with his bon jovi looks is great i love la vie bohem i have the soundtrack and the movie everyone should watch this movie And if they get a chance go see the play.
Not as brilliant as my friends told me it would be.
Didn't cry at all.. I just didn't connect to the characters at all.
I would still recommend it though as it was worth the watch!
I've got to be honest. I didn't like this movie. A girlfriend of mine forced me to watch it, promising I would like it, and I just didn't find myself getting attached to the characters or the story at all. Some of the songs were okay, but it just seemed to go on forever, and when it was over I felt awkward because I was the only one in the room who wasn't in tears. Lots of people love this movie, but I guess I'm just not one of them. Personally, I'd give it a 5/10.
tell you the truth the first time i saw this movie was probably on TV..i saw the ending and was curious to see the whole thing..even though i found myself getting tired of hearing them sing almost every word they said, i still liked it..some parts made me real sad..i give this movie a 4/5
adore this movie .a great eye opener i saw the movie first than the Broadway one second. of coarse the Broadway version was better but i still love this movie.
