I didn't have high hopes for this cartoon, and sadly enough it hit even lower than my already low expectations. The characters weren't likable, the story was boring & predictable. It basically lacked all the ingredients for a good film. Johnny Depp wasted his talents on this one. 1/5
the animation was really good, but the story line was all over the place. i know what some of the other members mean about the creepy characters - none of them would have got through disney's marketing group, that's for sure lol
i had really been looking forward to this one - and what a let down. the story was weak, the animation was less than perfect, and none of the characters were appealing - even depp's.
i really expected a lot more out of this one -and just couldn't finish it. everything about it was mediocre. the script was weak, the humour was more miss than hit, and the characters were creepy weird.
dnt know what planet timothy from but us great people from mars thought rango was amazing with great western hero story with bit of romance depp is amazing actor plus are mars cinema sell out 1000000 martians eating toffee mars popcorn watching RANGO!! 9 outa 10
After the very first trailer I was like whaat no dialouge just a bif yellow fish going across the screen and honestly it not tht much of a huge deal in the movie.
I feel storywise its weak I mean its almost two hours but storywise not good gags are some ok but really got me is the animation and how they did it the actors had to physically do stunts in green screen rooms and with motion capture got turned into animals with similar faces or at least close to really advanced stuff.
6/10 Technology good some jokes good but it dosent save the story
