A malevolent board game proves to have deadly repercussions when a group of surfers role the die for fun, and begin to perish in the same way they were eliminated from the game. The name of the game is Mamba, and the board was constructed from the remains of a witch put to death during the Spanish Inquisition. If you lose this game, you don't have long to live; if you win, you get everything your heart desires. As the body count begins to multiply, the rest of the players race to cheat death by unearthing the secret of Mamba's supernatural curse. Eliza Dushku and Mike Vogel star.
LET'S SEE: I'M GOING TO TAKE A 60% OF "FINAL DESTINATION", 20% OF "JUMANJI" AND 20% OF "THE WISHMASTER". ALL THIS TOGETHER TAKING PLACE AT THE BEACH.. WHAT DO I GET AS A RESULT? OPEN GRAVES!.

Umm..wow..Ok..I actually liked this movie all the way up until the ending. The last 30 minutes or so turned me off for several reasons..

First off, when the idiot throws the game out of the window I'm thinking, dude..did you forget that the formerly cripple guy that gave it to you TOLD you that the wish doesn't come true until after you pass it on??! If the game hadnt floated to shore they would have all bee screwed anyways! Secondly, when making the wish you should know that you wording has to be right (as AD's character pointed out) so why in the hell wouldn't you think that by going back to a week ago with no knowledge of what happened, you would follow the same path and ultimately end up doing the whole thing all over again?? I predicted this twist way before the end because although the characters were supposed to be educated, they were all quite stupid. Once they realized that they were DYING they should have formulated a wish that would ensure everyone's survival, then agree that whoever won would make that wish and pass it on to the first person they saw, then finish the game then and there..When it comes to life and death you have to make a plan and make sure all factors are covered! WTF is wrong with these people??!!
The movie was like a combination of Jumaji and Final Destination. If not for the stupid ending I would have rated it a 3/5 but that ending is worth -1 so 2/5 it is!
I'm typically not easily impressed by horror movies at all, so the comments make me feel like I've settled. Haha. I'm kind of disappointed to see so many people not liking this movie because personally I enjoyed it. It's worth at least one watch, and it is quite suspenseful. A little predictable yes, it doesn't take much mind work to figure out the plot, but the atmosphere this movie creates for the viewer is quite nice. :) 3.5*
not bad but it did remind me of that kids film lololol the buffering was crap on it too did my head in specially when there was only 5 minutes to go grr took like 30 minutes to watch the last 5 minutes
watched it on SyFy. and it's a typical SyFy flick.. predictable, two-dimensional characters.. but watchable if you want to shut off your brain for an hour and change. 2/5
I stop watching at the part where the guy was running from the snake,and than trip and fell like a girl, and than instead trying to out run the snakes ,he decides to climb the stacked logs
