The film concerns the potential outbreak of a Fourth Great Shinobi World War when ninja with Kekkei Genkai abilities begins to disappear from Kumogakure, Iwagakure, Kirigakure, and Sunagakure. The other nations suspect Konohagakure - the only village left unscathed - of causing the incident, and rumors circulate that they plan to rebel. With the other nations amassing troops at the Land of Fire's borders, threatening invasion, the lord tries to find those responsible and prove Konoha's innocence; in the event of failure, the Land of Fire will be forced to destroy the village in order to preserve world peace

Seeing as we're just gonna start making up stuff I figured I'd make up my own name for this movie. Naruto Make-Up-My-Own-Stuff-puuden Movie 69: Inheritors Of The Will Of Water. Naruto now lives in the Water Nation, oh and Sakura's a man whose been renamed to Fred.

Naruto's not suppose to use his Rasengan Shuriken because it leaves his body nearly destroyed and causes irreversible tissue damage. Remember him killing that Akatsuki guy Kakuzu? So basically the ending said a big $&#@ you to the series, seeing he was fine after using it here..it also makes the use of Sage Mode diminished. Why go into Sage Mode when he can cast rasengan shuriken with no problems all of a sudden...
Was good up till that point, 3/5 for not staying in sync with the series, and that's being generous.
I don't think this movie was better than the one with "bonds" , the final attack did looked cool, but the enemies didn't looked that cool.. and the plot.. booring
