Hey, what a lovely movie, heart-warming, funny, tender and sad all at the same time. Gee it's tough being a kid, so much to go through, so much to learn and come to terms with. Dan Ackroyd as the Dad, Jamie Lee Curtis as the girlfriend, Macauley Caulkin as the friend and Anna Chlumskey as the girl Veda, such a pretty and talented young actor..Jeez she'd be nearly 30 now, bet she's a looker..I wonder if she ever thought to change that name! Anyway, a film for all ages and if you don't shed a tear or two I'll be surprised. Great stuff.
this has been one of my favorite movies since i was 8, it gets better every time i watch it. i cry, i laugh, its wonderful, acting, direction, everything, touching amazing movie 10/10
