Tom Cruise is back as Ethan Hunt and this time he's battling a sadistic arms dealer (Philip Seymour Hoffman). This is without question the best in the series and this is coming from someone who enjoyed the previous two films. I thought the first film was way too confusing for its own good while the second one was way too much action and not enough brains. This third film hits on all the right notes and delivers some terrific action scenes mixed with a pretty smart script that doesn't go over the top on brains. The real key to the film is the terrific performance by Hoffman. He's been known for years as a great character actor but when I heard he was playing the villain I honestly didn't think he could pull it off but he comes off quite menacing in the role. He doesn't have any funny lines, which is a great thing because it makes him all the more threatening. Then there's Cruise who delivers another all-star performance.star out there. The supporting cast including Ving Rhames, Billy Crudup and Laurence Fishburne all do fine work as well.
this being the best of the 3 mission impossibles but i have to say they let down the original mission impossible series by far. i remember i used to watch it every week and it always kept my interest.
oh and can anyone tell me what the rabbits foot was??
good enough for a prequal.what happened to nyah from part 2 they were in love.i dont get why they changed her she must of went back to stealing,this third one kinda seemed cliche and too far fetched.they should of seen the abyss now thats how you bring someone back to life.some comedy wouldnt of hurt this not much,just a little.still excellant action movie
How anyone can dislike these movies is beyond me. One thing I love about these is that they are the most unique spy movies because the masks make it so much more interesting. I love how he uses the masks in the second one. Must see for anyone who likes action movies.
It was a pretty good movie but it didn't feel like the other MI's. Overall it was entertaining to watch. Simon Pegg is jus poppin up all over the place in small random roles.. It's awesome dont get me wrong, I have to say this movie is better becasue Simon Pegg is in it. Simon is my dude.
Wow of all the movies Ive watched didnt even know there was a third one ,must of skipped it somehow,dont know how because it is such a great movie way better than the second one and better than the first for sure I say it the best one of all ,its a full throtle on the action till the end..rate this one 5/5 a must see movie !!
I am not a fan of Tom Cruise but I enjoyed this film. All the actors did a great job with an excellent story line and plot. It's a must watch 5/5 stars.
