very good film!! way better than I thought. Subtitles but still watch it. I will see the second part of the trilogy now. This is a very engaging film even with the subtitles.
10x better than any movie I've seen this year even in choppy English. The movie as a whole is not a favorite, I think they could've done a lot of things better, but some of the scenes will definetly stick.
A satisfying mystery-thriller, "Men Who Hate Women" also known as "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" expertly blends fire and ice to keep you riveted. Version #3 of the "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" has excellent subtitles and great video. Worth a watch!!
I liked this Mystery/Thriller. You have to read subtitles but to me it was worth it. I am not sure about the ending though. I did not follow the last minute, so if anyone could explain to me
i love this movie,its defently worth little over the 2 hours it took,and it can defently be watched again.Im danish but still i find swedish little difficult sometimes,so watched with subs.Its an absolute must see,there is 2 more in this triology and i cant wait to see them.4,4/5

Get past the subtitles. Get past, at times, the broken english. Get past foreign film bias. And, finally, get past needing action scenes and explosions to rate a movie excellent. I felt like I had read the book after watching this film. (I probably did with all the subtitles) Nonetheless, nicely acted, nicely paced, and nicely ended. The movie takes you along as if you are part of the investigative team. Female lead and Director kudos, 4/5-Excellent

Cutting edge thriller. Did keep me scrambling from reading the subs and going back to the images, but what the heck, you get used to it and hearing the language is pretty cool. Just regret this site files these foreign films away and does not keep them on the Recent Release List even though much is made about this being an international site not just catering to English. I always feel lucky when I accidentally stumble on one of these gems. Imao.
I am so glad I went ahead and watched this movie. The amazing thing about a good movie with subtitles is that by the middle of the film you forget your actually reading lol. Some really shocking scenes, but overall a wonderful movie! 5/5 for sure.
I live in America, most of the time. And there are So many Incredible films which require reading subtitles..seriously, A GREAT MOVIE NIGHT is - to watch an incredible movie,that you do have to read a bit!! This was engaging,and well acted!! 9/10
this is a film which highlights something that is hidden in so many cupboards, if has and does happen in real life and prob a little worse then depicted in this super film. well worth a watch if your not too squeemish
Saw this as "The Girl with the Dragon Tatoo". Very involving story from beginning to end. Be prepared for a few shocking Scenes. The subtitles are easy to read so for me they were not a problem. Some of the translation was a little backwards grammatically but still quite coherent. Take the time to see this one.
Good suspense mystery movie and i like the way everything came together at the end. actors were good, storyline was great and production was really good. 4/5
yes the subtitles are pretty rough translations.. but the storyline is really interesting and the characters well-developed. worth watching if you like mystery / thrillers.
