The trailers were a lot better than the actual movie. I wasn't too keen on this film, to be honest. I felt it was a bit drawn out; the beginning especially was very slow. Bradley Cooper did an excellent job, though!

I didn't care for this much at all. The plot was unique but I think it was a bit boring, especially the first half. It picked up towards the end, but still didn't make it very interesting. 2/5

My lil bro explained the concept of the film to me and I have to admit I thought it was pathetic.
But I saw the trailer and decided to watch it.
Really impressed! It wasn't as far fetched as it first seemed and it was thoroughly and entirely entertaining to watch.
Definitely the best film I've seen this year so far.

This movie is a great way to motivate for people who are struggling to find their calling in life. I, for one, do not advocate using drugs, but the pill represented the same concept in the Matrix (a blue or red pill). It gives the native the reason to change their perspective because...he or she can. Nothing is promsised--each moment serves as an opportunity to create the next possible moment. Human beings must find that motivating factor that enables us to change for the betterment of mankind. In this movie, the pill was clear as to say that a person can can access to "the clear". This term, if my memory serves me correctly, is related to by many christians as being "touched by the holy spirit" and accessing "precognitive abilities". We all have our glory moments, but this movies offers the notion that a person can extend that moment indefinitely. After watching this movie, I'm truly in the clear. I'm illuminated with enlightenment. Ha! 4.5/5.0 stars

Do you ever get one of those days when your brain is firing on more that just its usual 2 cylinders? When yesterday's insurmountable problems get solved in an instant? When your mouth and brain work in total synchronization? When nothing seems impossible?
Imagine that a hundredfold.
Watching this film I thought, "Yeah, I can do better than I am doing. When this film is finished I'm going to clean house and get all those jobs done that need doing, etc. etc.
I went to bed instead.
Great movie. Cleverly done visual effects, neat storyline and good acting. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
8.5-9/10

Very cool, really liked the visuals. They did a good job of getting across what was happening in his head which could have sunk the entire movie if they had gotten that wrong.
What is there to say about cooper, he's just a cool guy and played this to one a t 8.5/10
