I saw this at the theater in 3D, and it was quite good. It was a lot like Avatar with its special effects and amazing CGI, though it also lacked like Avatar in that the plot was a bit predictable. And here are some hidden themes i found lol

The Dark Side (star-wars), and Nazism :D and they also basically guarantee a sequel
My youngling really wanted to see this film. I was on the fence about it, because the last two movies I took him to for him. I hated them. Well no theater near me was showing it in 2D. They were only showing it in 3D. Despite having to constantly shut my eyes to keep from getting a headache, I really liked this film. I thought the animation was done very well. The texture of the feathers, which can really be felt when they were flying or the wind was blowing, was superb. I thought it was beautiful, and look forward to seeing if they do a sequel.
I took the kids to see this the other day. The animation was great but not as good as I was expecting. There are several 3D scenes that were awe inspiring but I was hoping for more. It is a good story though.
This movie was awesome in 3D at the movies, great to watch for everyone, my bf & I loved it. It adds something special to it when u see in 3D cuz the movie has perfect graphics & Beautiful colors. So I recommend it to watch in 3D if u get the chance, dont let this movie pass u by, my mother & nieces seen it the day after I went and they all loved it too.
