The original Home Alone is an outstanding classic. Home Alone 2 is good, but not outstanding. It has the same cast members and a similar plot to the original. This time Kevin isn't left at home, he mistakenly ends up in New York, by himself. At the same time, Harry and Marv, the two bumbling burglars from the original, have gotten out of jail and just happen to be in New York. What a bad turn for Kevin.
i adore this film! as i do the first one soo much fun an does bring a tear to my eye at the end..such a great film..not tear as in sad but happy lool 100/100 and two thumbs up!
It's rare for a sequel to exceed the predecessor. This one is way more funny than the first one. Really perfect, casting, screen play, soundtrack, everything just perfect. +5/5

Although it seems better when you are a kid, it is a great movie for anyone. The third and fourth movies aren't nearly as good. The first movie has a good message, but this one is much more funny. I'll leave it up to you to decide which one is better, but I definately reccomend both.
Both this and the first Home Alone were awesome but the third and i think fourth - not sure though, were horrible i would NOT recommend them to a seven year old lol.

you don't even know him, stop talking about stuff you don't even know about and just enjoy the movie which happens to be an amazing classic
man this brings back memory. if noone rated this a 5star or atleast a 4 they had a bad childhood growing up :) , but this was 1 of those movies as a kid i loved. so sad that maculi cullcan//Kevin McCallister or however u spell his name grew up too be a real piece of work.hes grown up now and throwing away his life. but back in the days his movies were the best :) i recommend richie rich also, another favorite
