It has some good performances and the visuals are pretty good. Unfortunately the writing in it is pretty weak. Worth watching, but with low expectations. 6/10

A Must see. 5 star movie =)=)=)
I love the fct that ryan said in a interwiew that he made this movie because it has been rough years for everyone and life has been hard and its just fun to sit down and get lost into another world and so on. Well said so i did that an enjoyed the heck of this movie=)=)=)

more than most of the other comic adaptions in recent times..
not a fault ..infact this film is hugely enjoyable and its a plus that you can actually take kids to see it without fear of 'adult' themes creeping into it
the story line is not deep enough or complex and parts that were simplified are done so for a reason rather than lack of imagination..
probably the best super hero film for kids out there..and kids who refuse to grow up..like me

i hate the color green. aside from that, the movie was okay. ryan reynolds wasn't as bad as i thought he would be and the special effects were pretty good, but it had a bit of a cheesy feel to it. at least it wasn't as bad as the green hornet.

I liked it. There was a lot of humor. The visual affects were pretty tight. Sinestro lives up to his previously badass evil self. Just a hint. stay for a clip after the end. It's worth it.

watched the trailer - looks more like a comedy much the way they did the green hornet. hollywood must be desperate for super-hero type actors if they chose ryan reynolds for the lead. ugh!
