Eh, it was about as good/bad as I expected it to be. There were a few funny parts, and the animals were cute. The story overall was a bit boring and cheesy, definitely not one of Brendan Fraser's best. 2/5

Intresting movie, Intresting plot. Funny and stupied althrough a good watch for a slow day specially..The act could be better but i think the mean characters were all funny and good anyways but the funniest and most annoying was the old lady i most say.
The movie is okay and well the budget dosen't seem to be that bad but i think the most of the prduction did go til the end of the movie when they dance and stuff, ahhah.
A mst see / or not. 3/5 star movie =)=)=)

I Saw this movie today May 4 2010:
I enjoyed it it was ok kids film yeah but I mean for ll ages this is good to lay back on has some laughs it can really take you back to childhood yea you know like in mid 90's Tarzan WHICH BRENDAN FRASER STARED IN dont dis this this is not out of the blue Brendan Fraser had experience in this genre before Mummy or anything by his Tarzan film in the 90's thats one reason he did it he had experience in the genre and wanted to reach out to a younger audience to IS THAT WRONG?! hes not going to stop being in action movies COME ON I mean there are kids in this world too and this is way better then a jumped up kid film or series like Sponge Bob or Fairly Odd Parents where I feel kids actually get there brains slowly digested by these programs these movies have messages which kids have to learn and somtimes the best way to get the message through is a nice family movie and even justy for sheer entertainment for children. COME ON .. In our world there are lots more programs movies things aimed at older audiences 18 and up or 15 14 and up. Everybody has to have their share and this wont stop Brendan from doing action flicks hes just reaching out to a younger audience which in my opinion is quite brave in a world like ours today when this is the reception it gets and people dont see through these movies for what they are animal and human war maybe thats childish for you but look beyond it dont be blind and just cause you dont enjoy it dont ruin it for others.
I thought the movie was ok not my favorite kids film my fvorites are from my childhood but I enjoyed it and find it quite entertaining and relaxing for all ages
Think of it this way people in my local theatre there are 14 screening rooms and there is only one kids movie this year 2010 lets sy around 47 wide release movies came out, out of that 2 movies including this were childfriendly think about what you say before you comment people
10/10 great movie

It's a KIDS MOVIE!! I love how you all think every movie on this site was made just for you and tear it all apart if it's not the perfect movie that had a 100 million dollar budget. Get over yourself, it's a kids movie! It sure beats A Nightmare on Elm Street! lmao!

Brendan Fraser has revealed that he put on weight for his part in eco-comedy Furry Vengeance.
The actor told Parade that he needed a bigger bottom for the role of real estate developer Dan Sanders to survive the action sequences.
Fraser said: "I needed a bigger butt on account of there was going be a lot of physical comedy. I get thrown around a lot in the movie. But let's just face it, it's funny. Kids love it. Adults love it.
