genius in parts ..but really dull in others..i think maybe another director wud of brought out the best in wat cud of been imo a great..but sadly only a 7/10..to me a bit like sherlock holmes without robert downey jr, cud of been a complete flop

I didn't like or get this movie. Here we two great actors..i thought.. a pretty good story but overall a can't miss combination for a good time. Gawd was i wrong. Robert D..you are so much better this and Zack G. ..if this is your range of acting you suck.
I really do like both actors and the movie had it's moments of laughter here and there but it just seemed to drag. I think the best part of this movie was seeing Danny M as the crazy vet( that WAS funny). I really don't have to many good things to say about this movie but....maybe it's the writers fault.

I was waiting so long to see this. Finally good version and loved it. This is one of the better/funnier comedies. I loved Zach Galifianakis in The Hangover and also this time he was hilarious. Great movie. 4,5/5

I am fed up with half-baked so-called comedies with quirky yet soulless characters.
I'm also fed up with films that use marijuana as a prop. It's not funny. It may appeal to stoners but it certainly doesn't make for a better movie.
All in all, I found this film boring as hell and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Hilarious movie! A lot of people say it reminds them of The Hangover, but not for me - I didn't care for The Hangover. Zach & RDJ were awesome together. 4/5.

I Saw this Movie November 9 2010:
I liked the trailer great gags and such but the trailer says it all I mean the movie almost has not plot and the one it has feels strecthed yeah it has some great laughs but storywise its a fail I feel.
It wasnt far as good as Hangover sadly but it was good though.
8/10 (I still liked it LOL)
