After he's bitten by a beetle carrying a zombie virus, a tough soldier survives the infection, becoming only half zombie. Once back in the US, he finds himself fighting his former comrades in arms, all of whom are turning into zombies!
HILARIOUS!
The film's central concept was interesting, as was the subplot, and Cain and his two co-stars approached it with a wry sense of humor..
The one liners here and there, coupled with the sidekick feedback, made the film work.
The special-effects, though repetitive at times, were well done ... plenty of gore for anyone, but not so intensely applied as to overwhelm either the storyline or the inherent comedy.
I am a fan of zombie flicks and I believe this one successfully combines that genre with comedy ..
I will recommend this film to others and will likely watch it again myself.
Awesome, awesome low budget!! Very funny and the story is interesting, new approach to zombiness. Guy Torry was amazing, loved his character! One of the bad guys is played by Ho-Sung Pak (he was in "Mortal Combat" and in "The legend of drunken master 2"). But you gotta love this whole world of cheap trashy zombie flicks to appreciate this one. (They could've given Pak some action scenes though)
I REALLY DONT KNOW WHAT TO MAKE OF THIS MOVIE!! I WAS SURFFING THE MOVIE LIST,TRYING TO FIND A DECENT MOVIE,, THIS MOVIE WASENT GOOD BUT IT WASENT BAD EATHER.. BELEAVE ME THE RECENT ZOMBIE MOVIES ARE REAL GARBISH.. SO I GUSS IF YOUR A ZOMBIE MOVIE LOVER,THIS ISENT THAT BAD!! GAVE THIS MOVIE 5/10,,AT LEACE FOR THEM TRYING TO FIND A NEW APPROCH TO A ZOMBIE FLICK.. IF YOUR BORD GIVE IT A TRY.. ENJOY!!
there was comedy in this one, its like night of the living dead meets dumb and dumber. Not much gore though, its strictly for entertainment, nothing serious about this movie
I saw this one on Sci-Fi Channel. It was okay, nothing spectacular but better than most of the stuff on Sci-Fi nowadays. Dean Cain (Superman) from, "The Adventures of Lois & Clark" is not too bad. The black chef was cool and provided some comic relief plus the hot chick was eye candy. Special FX and make-up were pretty decent. I'm a fan of zombie movies so all in all, I enjoyed it. 3/5 stars
I like the main character Dean Cain ..I think he is very good looking. The movie itself was ok with some good humor in it. I give it 3 stars. :) JUlliette
I had to pause this movie repeatedly to take breaks from it. I just dont like the star that well, And the movie was entirely weak. A bad day on the sci fi channel i guess.

Not bad, could be better but all in all it was an okay zombie flick. the story was somewhat different than most of the zombie movies I have seen in the past which made it a more interesting watch. I gave it 3 out of 5 stars for the rating. It is definitely not a must see but if you are wanting to waste some time or if you are a fan of this type of film (I am) you should check it out.
