it was a decent movie.. however, i rly liked the main story behind it all.. beauty isn't just found on the outside.. it's the inside what's important.. which a lot of ppl tend to forget..
THIS story had soo much more potential and with a better directing, filmning and environment change with better actor/actresses..
This movie could rock!!
For the first the boy that played, he looked like a shoved up highschoolboy whitout anything good deep inside and that came on to strong to make him the poetry reader and gentelman that he was!
Second Vanessa annoys me but far from that she is not soo pretty to play a beauty!
Third, a little more serious and this movie would be so awsome, as for maybe a little more not so modern time and oh were are aall the questioning about face destructions? I mean we question everything and a rich father with that grose way of thinking had nothing to ask or a little more to say??
And a bit to cheesy but as i said it was a good watch JUST could be better..!
I actually enjoyed this 'take' on Beauty and the Beast. He actually had learned a couple of things about himself and the people he ignored when he was 'good looking'. He had a nice slice of 'humble pie'.
Throughout the whole movie, I was thinking that this dude is Gaston! Lol, I was expecting to here

Ok by the trailer itself you can purely see how the movie goes with Popular good looking guy getting it all but hey thats life LOL Dont tell me the Twilight kid Taylor would be in those movies if it wasnt for the chicks the kid can't act and half the world dosent even care anymore you look good you got it but what if your talented but not blessed with the best looks tgen what ..

dont focus on whay thers say about you but what you think of yourself cause in the end people look at you how you look at yourself while the guy looked at himself as ugly at the very end he said it how could you love me Im ugly the point is the whole message of the movie is ruined cause he said hes ugly he still got the girl while he shouldve changed his percpective on life and what he did at the end not talikng was just ridiculous
All in all the movie was ok but it had many maany flaws they postponed the movie for a year I think they would have had time to test screen it a few tomes and correct some huge OBVIOUS mistakes. but yeah all inall ok. Hudgens good casting Petyfer well I couldve seen better.
