Bad scene: Ehem the thing with the open door with eye is because the eye is the only part that when you die (or when you loose it) changes somehow! s
Something in the iris makes the pupill diffrent or something.. i just know that it doesnt work when you loose it or die and that thats why its mostly eye instead of fingerprints now due to the better security and so it was very wrong in this movie..!
Great stuff, everything and a bit more, BUT i was a bit confused at the end and what happend, good or evil..?
It was entertaining, I'll give it that. Don't expect total truth in biblical or historical accuracy, remember it is Hollywood; but you will be entertained at least. 2 out of 5 film cans from me.
"Angels and Demons" was better then "The Da Vinci Code" in film or book version, im not sure why it wasnt as bigger hit but hay ho, give it a watch, its pretty good.
As long as you are able to keep the book and the movie as two separate things, you will enjoy this.. I personally liked the book a whole lot better aside from some parts in the movie. I think this is definately worth a watch and the book is definately worth a read. Tom Hanks is good in this part again. The woman who played Vittoria is no where near as hot as Sohie from DaVinci Code though hahaha.
Very good. I read the book but I wasnt completely disappointed with the adaptation. Hanks is excellent as always and this movie flows very well. Great camera work. The Vatican city is so historical and beautiful. Good movie
Well this shows how the society works, they kill people, they cheat people and corrupt people. They brain-wash people. The movie is ok.people are easy to manipulate.
Tom Hanks returns as Dan Brown's symbologist Robert Langdon in his first adventure Angels & Demons, which Hollywood decided to make after The Da Vinci Code, given the latter's more controversial subject striking a raw nerve on the faith itself. The Catholic Church was up in arms over the first film, but seemingly nonchalant about this one. And it's not hard to see why, considering Ron Howard had opted to do a flat-out action piece that serves as a great tourism video of Rome and Vatican City, and would probably boost visitor numbers given the many beautiful on-location scenes, save for St Peter's Square and Basilica which was a scaled model used.
I have read the book, so I was disappointed at how much was left out. I also didn't see the point of some of the changes made as well. It was a good movie, but if you didn't read the book first, you may have unanswered questions, may not have been drawn into the suspense/storyline and appreciated the historical factors that were left out. The book was fascinating, but the movie paled in comparison. Worth a watch, but nowhere near as good as the book.
If you haven't read the book yet, I would before watching this movie if I were you.
if you are saying that it wasnt good compared to the book, why would i read the book first?? shouldnt a person see the movie first then read the book? read the book after seeing the movie so that you can answer those questions you have..
Of course you would read the book first. The movie wouldn't be made if it wasn't a very good book and everyone knows the adaptation is almost never as good and misses stuff out. Why would you ruin the plot by watching the movie first?
I think this film was even with the DaVinci Code in the respect of acting and cinematography. The "mystery" was not as involved, the fact-finding was not grand-standed like the first of these two films, but I was entertained. Hanks is a natural - in almost every film he has be a part of in the past 15 years or so, and continues in this film. Worth the watch! 4/5

This movie was better than the first and very well done..The TV Ministers out there have got nothing on the RC church in Rome..Kept me on the edge of my seat from start to finish..You will have to see this one..5/5 rating
this was good, i liked the first one better , but the suspense was there, it wasn't slow or dragged on, great story but then again i never read the books.
